Toasted Cheese Ravioli with Fiery Feta and Roasted Red Pepper Dipping Sauce


1 (20 ounce) package Farm Rich Toasted Ravioli

1 (6 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry

Juice of half a lemon

1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce

1/4 cup vegetable oil

8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons roughly chopped parsley

Kosher Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Prepare Toasted Ravioli according to package directions and keep warm.

In the bowl of a food processor or blender, add peppers, lemon juice, hot sauce and vegetable oil. Process until smooth.

Add feta cheese and parsley, and pulse just until combined.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve alongside the warm Toasted Ravioli for dipping.

Makes 2 cups Dipping Sauce
