Toasted Ravioli with a Quick Alfredo Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

1 (20 ounce) package Farm Rich Toasted Ravioli

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons butter

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

pinch of ground nutmeg

1 tablespoon finely chopped flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish

Salt and pepper

Directions

Prepare Toasted Ravioli according to package directions and keep warm.

In a medium sauce pot over medium-high heat, stir together the heavy cream and the butter.

Bring to a boil and stir in the cheese.

Remove the heat and stir until the cheese melts.

Stir in the nutmeg and parsley.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with additional parsley and serve alongside toasted ravioli for dipping.

Makes about 2 cups of sauce

Serves: 6-8
