CAN I PREPARE THIS PRODUCT IN THE MICROWAVE?
Can you, or may you? Didn’t you hate it when your parents said that? Different products have different preparation options and instructions. I only want to use half of the box. How do I keep the other half fresh?
MY PRODUCT JUST DOESN’T LOOK RIGHT. WHAT DO I DO?
It’s rare, but we hate it when that happens. If you receive any Farm Rich product that you feel is defective, please contact our Customer Care team (and please hold on to the packaging to help us figure out what went wrong).
MY PRODUCT SEEMS FREEZER BURNED. WHAT DO I DO?
First, appreciate the irony of the phrase “freezer burn.” Then, know we’ll take care of you. Freezer burn may occasionally happen during shipping and handling due to temperature fluctuations. If you receive any Farm Rich product that you feel is defective, please contact our Customer Care team and keep the packaging to help us correct the problem in the future.
DO I NEED TO THAW BEFORE COOKING?
There is no reason to wait longer for great snacks. Farm Rich products should not be thawed before cooking. Please keep them frozen until you’re ready to eat.
CAN I REFREEZE PRODUCTS?
No, we do not recommend refreezing any uncooked product that may have thawed.
