Homemade goulash with lean ground beef, rice, and paprika piles onto Farm Rich Loaded Potato Skins for warm comfort food.
16 Farm Rich Loaded Potato Skins
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1 lb lean ground beef
4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1 1/4 cups tomato sauce
1 cup cooked rice
1 green onion, finely sliced (optional)
- Cook Potato Skins according to package directions.
- Heat vegetable oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook ground beef, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper for about 8 minutes or until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 3 minutes or until meat is cooked and sauce thickens slightly. Stir in rice.
- Spoon mixture onto Potato Skins. Garnish with green onion (if using).
Tip: Top each with a dollop of sour cream or plain yogurt if desired.
