Ingredients

    1 package of Farm Rich Grilled Cheese Sticks

    BASIC TOMATO SOUP

    1 tbsp olive oil

    yellow onion, minced

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tbsp salt

    1/2 tsp pepper

    1/4 cup tomato paste

    28 ounces canned diced tomatoes

    3 cups chicken broth

    TOMATO SOUP WITH ALPHABET PASTA & MEATBALLS

    1/4 cup cooked alphabet pasta

    1/2 cup Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs

    CREAMY TOMATO SOUP

    3 tbsp heavy cream

    FIESTA TOMATO SOUP

    2 tbsp salsa

    1 tbsp sour cream

    1 tbsp cubed avocado

    2 slices jalapeño

    A few sprigs cilantro

    BUTTER CURRY TOMATO SOUP

    1 tsp butter

    1 tsp curry powder

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place Farm Rich Grilled Cheese Sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in center rack.
  3. Bake for 9–10 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In a large pot, heat the olive oil. Add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes or until onions have softened. Add tomato paste and saute for another 2–3 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

  6. Pour soup into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour soup back into pot and heat until hot.
  7. Cook meatballs according to package directions. Once done, set aside.
  8. In a medium saucepan, fill ⅔ with water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta about 7 minutes until done. Strain and set aside.
  9. Add alphabet pasta and meatballs to soup.
  10. Stir heavy cream into tomato soup. Place on stove and gently warm until hot.
  11. Pour tomato soup in a bowl. Dollop in salsa, sour cream, and avocado. Place jalapeño slices and cilantro leaves on top.
  12. Stir curry powder and butter into tomato soup. Place on stove and gently warm until hot.
