1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded white sharp cheddar
4 oz cream cheese
1 3/4 cups skim milk
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
2 tbsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Topping
1 cup crushed butter flavored crackers
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook noodles per package directions and drain. Transfer noodles to a large bowl and add in 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 and ½ cup white sharp cheddar, cream cheese, milk, butter, and garlic. Stir until all ingredients are combined.

Add Farm Rich Meatballs and season with salt/pepper to taste. Stir in egg and transfer to a 13×9 inch baking dish.
