  • 1 box Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks

    BASE

    olive oil

    tomato puree

    chopped pepperoni

    garlic

    dried oregano

    red pepper flakes

    salt + pepper

    water

    DIP 1

    marinated artichokes

    capers

    parmesan

    DIP 2

    black olives

    marinated mushrooms

    dried oregano

    red pepper flakes

    DIP 3

    sun-dried tomatoes

    pepperoni

    basil leaves, chopped

    fresh ricotta

Steps

  1. Prepare Mozzarella Sticks according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare tomato puree base. Separate into three serving bowls.
  3. Add marinated artichokes, capers, caper brine, and parmesan cheese. Top with a sprinkle of more parmesan cheese.
  4. Add black olives, marinated mushrooms, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add garlic pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped fresh basil. Top with fresh ricotta cheese.
