Steak, Mozzarella and Roasted Red Pepper Salad

Steak salad with warm Mozzarella Sticks for croutons! Plus roasted red peppers and homemade dressing for full flavor.
6 Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
10 oz sliced cooked steak
1/2 cup sliced jarred roasted red peppers
- Cook Mozzarella Sticks according to package directions.
- In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; add lettuce, steak and roasted red peppers. Toss well.
- Top with halved Mozzarella Sticks.
Tip: Add 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning to the vinaigrette if desired.
