
Buffalo Ranch Meatball Subs
Ranch-spiced Buffalo sauce gently covers meatballs in this easy crockpot meal! These meatball subs make an excellent quick weeknight meal or fun game-day grub!

Ingredients
1 package Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs
1 12 oz bottle Buffalo wing sauce
1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
8 – 10 sub rolls
1 tsp celery salt
Steps
- In a crockpot combine Meatballs, sauce and seasoning; stir to coat.
- Cook according to package directions.
- To assemble subs, drizzle a tablespoon of ranch dressing on the inside of each sub roll. Place 1/4 cup of lettuce over the dressing.
- Add the Meatballs. Top each sandwich with crumbled blue cheese and a sprinkling of celery salt.
