Distribution can be different from place to place, but you can use our Product Locator to find a store that sells what you’re looking for. If that doesn’t help, contact Customer Care for more information.

What products have allergy alerts? Are any products made in a facility with exposure to allergens?
If there is an allergen in a product, it will be listed at the very end of the ingredient statement. If you still can’t find it, contact our Customer Care team with the UPC code for a specific product(s) and we will be happy to check the ingredients for you.
Can I prepare this product in the microwave?
We recommend sticking to the cooking instructions on the package to get the best quality. You can also view cooking instructions by going to “Our Products” to select a specific item and go to its page for cooking instructions and more helpful information.
I only want to use half of the box. How do I keep the other half fresh?
If the product has not thawed, you can seal it and put it back in the freezer. We recommend using opened snacks within 5 days.
My products just don’t look right. What do I do?
If you receive any Farm Rich product that you feel is defective, please contact our Customer Care team (and please hold onto the packaging to help us figure out what went wrong).
My product seems freezer burned. What do I do?
Freezer burn may occasionally happen during shipping and handling due to temperature fluctuations. If you receive any Farm Rich product that you feel is defective, please contact our Customer Care team and keep the packaging to help us correct the problem in the future.
Do I need to thaw before cooking?
Farm Rich products should not be thawed before cooking. Please keep them frozen until you’re ready to eat.
Can I refreeze products?
No, we do not recommend refreezing any uncooked product that may have thawed.
