This crockpot soup is filling and comforting and only contains 5 simple ingredients! All you need is broth, Farm Rich meatballs, diced tomatoes, cannellini beans, and kale. Perfect for a cold night when you don’t feel like fussing over the stove. Serve with warm bread, a salad and you’ve got a quick and super simple dinner!

4 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/2 bag Farm Rich Italian Style (or Homestyle) Meatballs
1 can (14.5-ounce) Italian-style Diced Tomatoes
1 can (15-ounce) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups chopped kale
shredded parmesan (optional)
Steps
- In a slow cooker, pour in the broth followed by the meatballs, diced tomatoes (entire can, including liquid), and the beans and stir together.
- Cover and cook on low for up to 3 hours or 1 1/2 hours on high.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the chopped kale. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired. Serve with shredded parmesan cheese.
