Classic Tex-Mex tacos packed with favorite taco staples and topped with warm Meatballs.
24 Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs
1 1/2 cups salsa, warmed
8 taco shells, baked
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely sliced
- Cook Meatballs according to package directions.
- Toss Meatballs with salsa.
- Assemble tacos with Meatballs, lettuce, avocado, cheese, and onions.
Tip: No avocado, no big deal – just leave it out.
