Easy Cheddar Swiss Fondue

An easy and fun-to-do fondue. When served with our Homestyle Meatballs or Breaded Mushrooms, you just can’t go wrong.
1 package Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs or Farm Rich Breaded Mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 pinch seasoned salt
- Prepare Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs or Farm Rich Breaded Mushrooms according to package directions.
- Sauté flour in butter 5 minutes. Add half-and-half. Heat in a medium saucepan until simmering but not boiling (about 7 minutes). Reduce heat to maintain temperature.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook until smooth and creamy. Transfer to fondue pot and serve with Meatballs or Mushrooms.
