Ingredients

  • SPICY CHILI MAPLE SAUCE

    1/4 cup maple syrup

    1 large garlic clove

    2 tbsp tomato paste

    2 tbsp red wine vinegar

    2 tbsp chili flakes

    salt, to taste

    pepper, to taste

     

    SPICY PEACH SAUCE

    1/4 cup peach jam

    2 tbsp orange juice

    2 tbsp chili flakes

    1 tbsp tomato paste

    salt, to taste

    pepper, to taste

    SPICY GREEN SAUCE

    1/2 cup chikpeas

    1/2 cup fresh spinach

    1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped

    1/8 cup water

    1/8 cup olive oil

    1 Jalapeño

    salt, to taste

    pepper, to taste

    SPICY DATE SAUCE

    1 large garlic clove

    5 medjool dates, soaked and pitted

    1/3 cup water

    1/2 tssp coriander

    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

    1/4 tbsp chili powder

Steps

  1. Add maple syrup to a small saucepan over low heat and let it warm up a bit. Grate in the garlic clove. Add in the tomato paste, red wine vinegar, and chili flakes and mix well. Let simmer for about 2-3 minutes then season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy
  2. Add peach jam to a small saucepan over low heat and let jam melt a bit. Then add in orange juice, chili flakes, tomato paste and stir well. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy
  3. Add chickpeas, fresh spinach, cilantro, water, olive oil, and jalapeño to a food processor or blender and process until all ingredients are well blended. Then, season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy
  4. Add garlic, soaked, pitted Medjool dates, water, coriander, apple cider vinegar and chili powder to a blender or food processor and process until all ingredients are blended and sauce is smooth. Then, season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
