Grilled Mozzarella and Tomato Turkey Burger Wraps

Panini-pressed wrap loaded with protein under 500 calories.
4 Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks
4 turkey burgers
4 large whole wheat tortillas, warmed
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
4 slices romaine lettuce
8 slices tomato
- Cook Mozzarella Sticks according to package directions. Let cool and cut in half lengthwise.
- Meanwhile, cook burgers according to package directions.
- Preheat panini press according to manufacturer’s directions. On work surface, spread tortillas with mayonnaise. Cut turkey burgers in half and place along center of each tortilla.
- Top with romaine lettuce, tomato slices, and 2 Mozzarella Stick halves. Fold in sides of tortilla over filling. Place in preheated panini press for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly grilled.
Tip: Add spicy mustard to the mayonnaise for a fiery kick if desired.
