  • 4 Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks

    4 turkey burgers

    4 large whole wheat tortillas, warmed

    1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise

    4 slices romaine lettuce

    8 slices tomato


  1. Cook Mozzarella Sticks according to package directions. Let cool and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Meanwhile, cook burgers according to package directions.
  3. Preheat panini press according to manufacturer’s directions. On work surface, spread tortillas with mayonnaise. Cut turkey burgers in half and place along center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with romaine lettuce, tomato slices, and 2 Mozzarella Stick halves. Fold in sides of tortilla over filling. Place in preheated panini press for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly grilled.
    Tip: Add spicy mustard to the mayonnaise for a fiery kick if desired.
