
Hawaiian Meatball Noodle Bowl
Tender juicy meatballs in a teriyaki sauce served with sautéed veggies, mango, and pineapple on a bed of noodles. This delicious bowl comes together quickly on busy school nights!

Ingredients
1 package Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
6 Tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1 Tbsp dried minced onions
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 package Chinese noodles
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
1 cup fresh mango, chopped
Steps
- Whisk together soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, ginger, garlic and minced onions
- Place meatballs in a saucepan or skillet and cover with the sauce, gently toss to coat well.
- Cover and simmer on medium high until warmed throughout (about 30 minutes)
- While the meatballs are cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet, toss with peppers and onions and sauté for 5-10 minutes.
- Cook Chinese noodles according to package instructions, drain.
- Mix cornstarch and 2 tbsp cold water until blended. pour into the meatballs and stir to thicken the sauce
- Build your bowls. Layer Chinese noodles, meatballs, sautéed peppers and onions, pineapple, and mango.
