Ingredients
-
2 cups shredded aged provolone
2 cups shredded gruyere
3 TBSP flour
1 large clove garlic, crushed
2 cups dry white wine
1 TBSP lemon juice
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Arrange meatballs in a single layer in a casserole dish and place on middle rack of preheated oven. Bake half bag for 20–21 minutes or full bag for 28–29 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss the cheeses with flour and rub a medium pot with garlic. Put the garlic clove and the wine in the pot and bring to a simmer. Remove garlic and add lemon juice. Add cheese a handful at a time, and melt using a wooden spoon to stir. Once the handful of cheese is fully melted, add the next handful of cheese until all is melted.
- Let cool and dip the night away.
