Cook Mozzarella Sticks according to package directions.
Place tortillas on work surface; top with cucumber slices and turkey slice. Place Mozzarella Stick and dill pickle spear on bottom half of each tortilla; roll up from bottom. Trim slightly to create flat edges. Cut each roll in half and secure with toothpicks.
Stir together mayonnaise, mustard and honey. Serve with roll-ups.
Tip: Use flour, whole wheat or corn tortillas.
