Sweet & Tangy Sesame Meatballs & Rice

If you’re looking for a delicious, vegetarian dish that the whole family would love, try making this Sweet & Tangy Sesame Meatballs & Rice recipe! It takes less than 30 minutes to prepare and it’s definitely a crowd pleaser!
- 1 (20oz) package Homestyle Meatballs by Farm Rich
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup sweet & sour sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cups prepared white rice
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for topping
In a medium pot, on medium heat, add in the Homestyle Meatballs, sesame oil, garlic, sweet & sour sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir and cover pot. Let the meatballs cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently.
Season with salt/pepper to taste and top with sesame seeds. Serve over white rice and Enjoy!
