Bacon-Wrapped Fried Mozzarella Sticks

These Mozzarella Sticks are paired with sun-dried tomatoes, wrapped with bacon, and then fried — delicious craveable food you can easily make at home.

Ingredients

12 Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks

12 sun-dried tomato pieces

6 slices bacon, halved crosswise

Canola oil, for frying

Steps

  1. Rehydrate the sun-dried tomatoes by soaking in boiling water until they soften, about 10 minutes. While waiting for the tomatoes to soften, heat 1 inch of canola oil in a small pot to 350°F.
  2. Working in batches, tightly wind a piece of bacon around a Mozzarella Stick and a softened sun-dried tomato. Add the bacon wrapped Mozzarella Stick to the hot oil, frying until the bacon is crispy, about 2 minutes. Drain on a paper towel. Repeat for all other Mozzarella Sticks.
