French Toast and Egg Strata

Ingredients
12 Farm Rich Original French Toast Sticks
8 eggs
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup ham, diced
1 cup red pepper, diced
2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay Farm Rich Original French Toast Sticks in bottom of glass baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour over French Toast Sticks.
- Bake in oven for 1 hour. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
