Ingredients

  • Farm Rich Homestyle Meatballs

    2 cups shredded aged provolone

    2 cups shredded gruyere

    3 TBSP flour

    1 large clove garlic, crushed

    2 cups dry white wine

    1 TBSP lemon juice

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Arrange meatballs in a single layer in a casserole dish and place on middle rack of preheated oven. Bake half bag for 20–21 minutes or full bag for 28–29 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, toss the cheeses with flour and rub a medium pot with garlic. Put the garlic clove and the wine in the pot and bring to a simmer. Remove garlic and add lemon juice. Add cheese a handful at a time, and melt using a wooden spoon to stir. Once the handful of cheese is fully melted, add the next handful of cheese until all is melted.
  3. Let cool and dip the night away.
