Recipe Description

This pull-apart pizza tree is topped with meatballs and delicious, edible ornaments! It’s sure to light up any holiday table.

Ingredients

  • 1 1-lb ball pizza dough

    Cornmeal

    Marinara sauce

10 Farm Rich Meatballs (any variety)

Toppings such as bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, mozzarella balls

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF with a rack in the lower third. Divide a 1-lb ball of store-bought pizza dough into 11 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and arrange as a tree shape on a cornmeal-dusted parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow to rest, then press the balls to flatten them.
  2. Spread all but the bottom, stump, with a little marinara sauce and place a frozen Meatball on each.
  3. Sprinkle pizza with toppings such as diced bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Add a star made from yellow bell pepper, if desired.
  4. Bake pizza until dough is cooked, cheese is melted and Meatballs are heated through, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool slightly and serve with extra marinara for dipping.
