Mozzarella Sticks with Bloody Mary Dip Shooter

Perfect for super bowl parties, these fun Bloody Mary shooters are topped with mozzarella sticks for dipping. But you can snack and shoot if preferred!

Ingredients

1 pkg (22 oz) Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks

2 1/2 cups tomato juice

1/2 cup vodka (see tip for mocktail variations)

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 tsp horseradish

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp hot sauce

2 tbsp celery salt, divided

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 lemon wedge

12 mini celery sticks, for garnishing

12 shooter glasses

Steps

  1. In pitcher or large measuring cup, stir together tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, ketchup, hot sauce, 1/2 tsp each celery salt and pepper. Chill cocktail mix for at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. Cook mozzarella sticks according to package directions.
  3. Add remaining celery salt to small dish. Rub each shooter glass rim with lemon wedge. Then dip rims in celery salt.
  4. Fill prepared glasses with Blood Mary mix and garnish each with mini celery sticks. Top each shooter with a mozzarella stick.

Tip: For mocktail dip variation, use non-alcoholic vodka or omit vodka and substitute with more tomato juice.

Serve 1 to 2 shooters per person.
