Party Mozzarella Sticks with 4-Way Baked Dips

With ooey gooey mozzarella sticks and four yummy dips, this crowd-pleasing baked appetizer will get any party started!

Ingredients

1 pkg (22 oz) Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks

3/4 cup pizza sauce

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 oz sliced mini pepperoni

8 oz cream cheese, divided

1/3 cup alfredo sauce

2 tbsp jarred basil pesto

1/3 cup chopped jarred roasted red peppers

2 tsp harissa paste

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp crumbled feta

3/4 cup store-bought spinach artichoke dip

Steps

  1. Cook mozzarella sticks according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together pizza sauce and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat together 2 oz cream cheese, alfredo sauce, and pesto until blended; set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat together 4 oz cream cheese with spinach artichoke dip until blended; set aside.
  5. In small food processor or blender, beat together remaining 2 oz cream cheese, roasted red peppers, olive oil and harissa paste until blended. Stir in crumbled feta.
  6. On parchment lined 10 x 14-inch rimmed baking sheet, arrange mozzarella sticks around edges of prepared baking sheet. Then arrange mozzarella sticks lengthwise and widthwise, making a cross shape in the center that divides the baking sheet into 4 quadrants.
  7. Spoon spinach artichoke dip in one quadrant; smooth top. Spoon creamy alfredo pesto dip and spicy red pepper each into another quadrant. Spoon pizza sauce mixture into remaining quadrant; smooth top and garnish with pepperoni.
  8. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until dips are heated through and bubbling. Serve warm.

Tips:

  • Substitute harissa paste with Italian chilies in oil or your favorite hot sauce to taste.
  • If desired, serve with chips and/or crackers to eat up all that dip.
  • If desired, before serving garnish top of pizza dip with basil, spinach artichoke dip with parsley, pesto dip with bacon, and roasted red pepper dip with more crumbled feta.
