1 pkg Farm Rich Cheddar Cheese Curds
1 lb frozen straight-cut French fries
1 cup prepared beef gravy
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, finely sliced
Prepare Cheddar Cheese Curds, fries, and gravy according to package directions.
Divide fries and curds among 4 plates. Top with gravy, bacon and green onions.
TIPS: For spicy poutine, drizzle with a little sriracha hot sauce. Serve with salsa, guacamole and sour cream if desired.
